Which PDFs convert well?
PDFs downloaded from a bank or exported straight from a system, such as statements, reports and invoice listings. Scans and photos have no text to read.
What happens to numbers and dates?
1,234.50 and (500.00) become numbers you can total; dates such as 01/10/69 or 9 ต.ค. 2569 become Excel dates; account numbers and tax IDs starting with 0 stay as written.
Why go through the print window?
Creating the PDF with the browser's print keeps Thai text correct, and the text in the PDF can still be selected and searched.
Which formatting is kept?
Column widths, row heights, merged cells, bold, font colours, fills, borders, alignment and number formats, as well as the print area set in Excel.
